"Friendly bunch of people around the bar. Excellent food. Helpful and no issues with our giant dog (Irish Wolfhound). We had 2 rooms. Rooms at the back are modern and quiet. Rooms at the front are lovely tudor atmosphere and we did not notice any road noise."

"On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. Christopher was an outstanding host, great communication and very helpful as well as cooking a great breakfast!
