"We were visiting door county and stayed at the river hills Motel. It was a perfect stay. Lovely room with all amenities as described . Very neat and clean , well maintained . Smooth check in and chcek out. Very aesthetic set up and event detail of deco and room taken special care of . Easy access and easy to find. "
"The backyard is Green Bay! You could swim. You can walk the shore. Geese, ducks. Hotel has set up nice table and chairs for guests to enjoy. Plenty of parking. We brought our e-bikes. Plenty of room. Breakfast a tad lame but walking distance to some nice places including Perkins (next door) and The Bagel (coffee and such). Place smells like pot. Lots of pot stores in the area. "
"We were upgraded to a lovely room. Our granddaughter said it was “the best room ever”.
She happened to leave her tablet somewhere in the room, we called 3 days later to find it had been turned in by one of your amazing housekeepers! We picked it up on our trip home. Made a 4 year old very happy!"
"The staff were all very friendly and nice. The room and building were clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful - being right on the lake was very peaceful. In the afternoon there were families and dogs sharing the lawn space. At sunset it was nice and quiet and peaceful sitting around the fire pit and hearing the lake.
The only negative thing we experienced was the loudness of the doors - we were near an exit door and would continually hear the door slamming shut behind anyone...

"Property has such an amazing spot along Sturgeon Bay with seating outside, a bar and boat launch. Rooms were spotless. My favorite place to stay ever up here. Some may not like that the place os older, but that just adds to the charm"
"Had a great stay at the Newport Resort! I was very clean, quiet and the suite was spacious and had a porch area which my my husband and I loved to sit out on and enjoy the view and a glass of wine. It was very walkable to downtown Egg Harbor with many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. "
