"This property is really clean and comfortable. I have stayed at this property severel times and had no problems but once and it was a minor fix. The afternoon staff was extremely nice which is why I keep returning. I wish they had digital check in but other than that this is a good place to stay."

"I would stay again."

"Love it"

"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! ROOM 161 was ROACH INFESTED!!!!! Called front desk for bug spray was advised that they did not have any. However, young lady did offer to move me. I truly regret not taking her up on that offer. I figuredI would just stay one night instead of two, besides I'm sure my belongings were already contaminated. So I had a friend bring me a brand new can of raid and I battled it out all night. By morning, no live roaches and a near empty can of raid. I stayed the second day mostly...

"Great hotel in a great location. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Delicious free breakfast and comfy, cozy room😊"

"Parking was not adequate for the number of people."

"Good"

"Arrived at 330. Check in was not until 4. Had to stand in foyer for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in as there was only one staff member and there was a current customer complaining about the service they had received in their room and how disappointed they were with the hotel. The lady at the desk took my number and said she would call when a room was ready. I checked back at 4, 4:15 and 4:30 with a room still not ready. I checked back around 4:45 and a room was ready and they never called...

"The property was very updated, clean love the decor. Breakfast was really good. Food was fresh and cooked very well. Staff was tolerable. I did not get an upgrade although I had status, but according to the staff, there was an event."

"breakfast was disappointing"

"For the most part, the hotel stay was good. However, I only gave the visit 3 stars because I did not like the pillows. I had trouble sleeping because they were too soft and did not support my head."

"Our room was a little older and made lots of noise. We could hear the toilets flush in other rooms and the showers running, House keeping also came into our room while we were sleeping and then quickly apologized and closed the door, the beds were nice and the front staff were friendly but a little disappointed in the room."
