"Good"

"Only deficiency was awkward parking in adjacent garage. Cordened off areas took some negotiation to get close to elevators and hotel"

"The property was very updated, clean love the decor. Breakfast was really good. Food was fresh and cooked very well. Staff was tolerable. I did not get an upgrade although I had status, but according to the staff, there was an event."

"Arrived at 330. Check in was not until 4. Had to stand in foyer for 10 minutes waiting to get checked in as there was only one staff member and there was a current customer complaining about the service they had received in their room and how disappointed they were with the hotel. The lady at the desk took my number and said she would call when a room was ready. I checked back at 4, 4:15 and 4:30 with a room still not ready. I checked back around 4:45 and a room was ready and they never called...

"Great people would gave them a 5 star but I don't maybe I am tripping."

"Our room was a little older and made lots of noise. We could hear the toilets flush in other rooms and the showers running, House keeping also came into our room while we were sleeping and then quickly apologized and closed the door, the beds were nice and the front staff were friendly but a little disappointed in the room."

"Nice place with very friendly and helpful desk staff. Showing its age a little, but still nice. The location was good for museums, but no place to get anything you might have forgotten. Unfortunately, there was no little bars of non-perfumed soap, and the liquid soap provided was not fragrance-free. The absolute worst thing was the breakfast! It was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. It had very watery powdered 'scrambled' eggs, cold and greasy sausage, cold shriveled potato...

"Super cute place. The check-in process was super easy and the owner was very quick to respond!"

"Toilet and room was not clean"

"Love it"

"Hotel is clean, staff is helpful, shuttle is on time for our flight at 7am. Would stay again!"

"Great hotel in a great location. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Delicious free breakfast and comfy, cozy room😊"
