"Clean room, staff were very helpful and sweet, outdoor pool was clean, the only thing was that we didn’t realize we were in a different building and went to the other building and had to use the elevator and when we got to the 5th floor we looked for our room. We asked staff where our room was and was told we had to go to the other building. We then down the very small elevator and go back down and then send the elevator back up for my partner to come down. It was hot and we were not too happy about that. Other than that the place was great"
