"Room was immaculate with service available daily. The view of the beach was amazing from the 21st floor. Very enjoyable resort to stay at. One note… Beach chair/ umbrella rentals are $55-$75 daily sunshine or rain no refund. A lot of folks brought their own (unfortunately we flew in)."

"Great location, right on the beach. Good choice of water activities -LZ Eevee, 2slides, pools and hot tubs. Pools weren't the cleanest that Ive seen but ok. Checking was grueling because of a spelling mistake during booking - the employee made us call the booking agent and waisted 30min of the afternoon for NOTHING. General cleanness was average with dead roachs staying for the whole day before maintenance bother to sweep them. Parking is charged as an extra fee -15$/day. We had a really unpleasant surprise when we discovered that an few items(~150$) are missing from our room. It was confirmed that only housekeeping entered in that time but without cameras in the room was impossible to prove it. Guest manager tried to mitigate somehow offering rebate(never happened) and gift cards but made tainted the stay."
