It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed. There is single parking lot infront of the house, but there are other parking lots walking distance from the house, for free. There is satisfactory WiFi. The room was clean, dust wise I didn't find any dust, no stains and the toilet is clean. One thing bothered me though, the whole house stinks of fish smell. There were people talking in the corridor and on the phone at night until almost midnight."

"Definetly didn’t look as good as the pics. Took 20 minutes to run a bath. Had to keep the window open as it was boiling in the hotel. Where ever you moved you had creaking floorboards. Worst mattress we’ve ever slept on. No support whatsoever. Walls looked like either discovered or damp patches. No toiletries for bathroom except toilet roll. Regular clientele of the hotel look like it’s gets used as a doss house. Folk near the entrance drinking alcohol and smoking certain substances. Won’t be returning. Paid less for decent hotels with no problems and all the extras."

"When i arrived i was sent the code to the key safe to get the keys. When I opened it there was no key in the safe. Having phoned the contact number and cutting a long story short a member of staff had gone off with the keys in his pocket. Also there was no shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is communal and the walls are not thick and I was awaken by the sound of cups being knocked together at approximately 6 am."

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. The windows had all been opened beforehand to air out the house. Towels were provided for each person which was handy as my girls forgot theirs. The beds were quite hard but everyone has their own preference. We shared the house with 2 ladies the first night who were really quiet. The second set of guests were much noisier; banging cupboards and doors early in the morning, but that isn't down to the host. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The only thing I would improve is the communication. We drove 4hrs and despite messaging and calling a couple of times it took a long time to get the code for the key safe. "
