"What a wonderful experience!!! Truly a dream staying in the overwater bungalow. We had a private chofer to and from the hotel. The room even came with 24 hr butler service. The hotel was really clean. The staff throughout the property was soo lovely, helpful, and attentive. 5 stars for sure! My husband and I really enjoyed the food at the restaurants even the buffet area. What a trip! We will definitely be going back but staying for longer."

8/10 Good
"Great area with big enough space so it didn’t feel overcrowded. Bad part was it’s out away on its own so it’s a bit of a drive to go do anything else and if there is an accident on the road it tripled our drive time"
"The hotel was beautiful rooms big and loved the swim outs serve was good some staff not so happy but others knew us by name very friendly every morning fist bump… The only neg thing I will say with our stay was when they came to clean the rooms and take the towels they wouldn’t leave clean towels and our frig was not stocked when we arrived took a day for them to come after we called. The restaurants were ok our fav was the steak house the hibachi restaurant experience was the worse for one the noise lever in there was crazy loud couldn’t even hear our cook or server just too many people screaming and singing wayyy to loud then as the chef was cook I was squirted with rum in my face almost in my eye frm the bottle when he was weting the grill to start cooking after that happen I was over the whole experience. The steak was to tough to eat wasn’t my favorite at all. The MVP bar food wasn’t good at all and the choices are slim to none they need more late night spots with better food. We did the floating breakfast in our suite really wasn’t the experience I thought it would be first they were late coming and we had to rush n eat the food wasn’t good or hot and it wasn’t floating just pushed to the end and that was that for 120 should have been wayyyy better. Love the coffe shop and the bars and the live music every night and they did a cool Michael Jackson show overall the resort itself very nice I would go back for sure…"

10/10 Excellent
"We really liked the seclusion with the tropical beauty. The staff was top notch. The room was one we really wanted be in when we weren't at the beach or at the pool with swim up bar. The balcony was relaxing, especially when it rained. The ocean was crystal clear and I found that I always wanted to be there. We will definitely come back. Great vacation."
"Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is."

"I dont like that I was lied to by a reception staff member telling us one price for the pull up pool of 170 but when we wanted to get it another member said 500 dollars plus.
Why is my review not beeing submitted? Because its bad? This is why I will do on the BBB better business burow."
"First Stay at Travellers Negril
Had a really good first stay here. The place has a nice boutique vibe — modern, clean, and well-kept, which I loved. Location is spot on, close to the town centre and everything you need.
Staff were great, always around when you needed them but not overbearing. Rooms are non‑smoking, which is fine, though the smoking area could definitely be better.
Breakfast isn’t included, but here’s a tip: prepay it. I paid £57 for two people over three days, which worked out to about $12 USD each per day. Way cheaper than paying daily — the first day alone cost $37 USD for two.
Overall, Travellers Negril gave me a comfy, modern stay with friendly service and a super convenient location. Would happily come back"
