"We pulled up and it was nothing like the photos we go into the room and it stunk so bad like cigarettes; there was a thick layer of dust on everything the toliet was beyond gross . We were there less then 5 mins and went to our car and contactsd expedia wanting a refund as this was not clean or safe the property is refusing i spent 3 hours at 10pm at night fighting with expedia and drove another 3 hours to the next time for a better safer motel I'm still fighing for my money back. Its in a truck stop and pretty sure there some lot lizards walking around. We travel alot and this is the first time I've walked out of a motel ! "
"The staff was friendly and the casino/bar made some amazing drinks.
The room was dark, only one lamp. The window was ground level to the indoor pool so we kept the curtain closed. I looked behind night stand and it was pretty dirty with an old lifesaver on the ground.
The hotel offered free coffee which is great, however, they ran out of creamer.
Hotel is pet friendly and nice place to walk dogs behind hotel… probably wouldn’t walk after dark… it was kind of sketchy… it was during St Patrick’s Day… so, probably more people drinking than usual.
For the price, you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and heat worked.
Good shower pressure but no complementary shampoo/conditioner."
"
This was a poir experience as a result of no heat in our rooms. 62 degrees inside is not acceptable. Called three times regarding this matter 3 times I was told the wife would bump up the heat. Never happened. The bed lacked a nice warm blanket in such a cold environment. The cheif on vacation and meal vouchers to a texmex restaurant which was fair."
