The bathroom door did not shut. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was no breakfast available and no one at the front desk. I called a phone number and mailbox was full. Also the matress was lumpy.

“24/7 check-in” doesn’t quite fit. Nobody was around at 5 p.m., and the number on the desk for “Danielle” went straight to dead air. Eventually, someone who seemed to work there appeared but couldn’t check me in, so I left my name and number on a scrap of paper from the pile on the counter. It seemed she couldn’t even get ahold of the manager. Although kind, I sensed frustration, as if this is a common occurrence. I met another couple who’d been unsuccessfully waiting two hours to check in. We were in town for the same wedding, so we left for the event and tried again later. Around 8 p.m. (between dinner and the dance), a staff member finally came out-likely after spotting me on camera-and confirmed with the cleaner my room was ready. Zero enthusiasm or customer service-maybe she caught me taking photos, who knows-but at least I got a key. I checked in using the same forms they’ll later supply as scratch paper, complete with a spot for your credit-card number (which I chose not to fill out). The deadbolt didn’t work, the shower had unique patchwork, the bathroom door didn’t close, and I got only a third of a roll of TP-but the place was surprisingly clean thanks to housekeeping. Overall, about what you’d expect after reading reviews; however, the check-in process is concerning. Luckily, being a guy, I didn’t feel too unsafe after pushing a recliner in front of the door before nodding off to sleep.

They tried, that’s about all I can say. The beds are hard as a rock and the walls and ceiling are paper thin. The tv in our room was about 20” and the remote did not work. The other room we had didn’t have a fridge. The towels are practically see through and the show head is at the height of about 5’. The front desk person was not friendly and seemed bothered by us checking in. Don’t expect breakfast unless you like frozen waffles.

It was quiet, but you never saw anyone at the front desk. Door is open you didn’t need a key to enter but no human was watching. They may have cameras but that is unknown

Bad day at a hotel. Will not use Hotels.com.

Had one at desk for check. Got to room no toilet paper and no shower curtain. Room very cold, sink leaks and no extra plug in for cellphones. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Over priced and very conditions. Plus, there was a lot more hotels to choose from than the two that you showed.

Our keys did not open outside doors. People were propping them open with doormats and rocks. Stale/ musty odor to room somewhat improved with some lysol spray we bought. Coffee was always empty, breakfast was cold cereal and repacked poptarts. It was located very nicely to shopping and food options.

Check in was suppose to be 3 or room wasn’t ready h they only had one staff cleaning and running the desk. She looked tired and not happy to be there. Breakfast was cold and didn’t look appetizing.. i wouldn’t return there for another night stay,

It was the only hotel in town with 2 expensive rooms. We didn't get the deluxe room with queen bad. No toilet paper or Kleenex tissue, only one washcloth for 2 adults. Only half the lights were plugged in to use. Shower curtain didn't hang closed, shower head was left on spray when water was turned on (surprise cold bath). No coffee in the morning, I called and got instructions on making a pot. Not much to eat: some pop tarts and breakfast bars, 2 cereals, milk, a few yogurts. No one there for checkout.
