"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."

"Rooms could use updating. Couch was beat down and dirty. Washer on first floor was out of service during my entire stay. Had to go to 3rd floor. Washer was filthy. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming! Wasnt aware breakfast wasnt included. "

"Very clean nice location only thing Sunday morning your breakfast preparer was very rude to people because they were there 15 minutes before breakfast and she was very snotty"

"I could not believe how high the reviews are for this place. The room felt dirty and old, the desk worker spent a long time to write everything in a very difficult to read curly handwriting, making me stand there and wait while she wrote it in pen and traced it in highlighter. Ridiculous. Strong smell of marijuana in the hallways. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. "

"Everything was fine. We were here for less than 10 hours to be close to the airport. Didn’t use any ammenities."

"The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the heat was not as warm as should be. It was a little chilly. But we made due. Other than that, excellent."
