"The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far."

"Our room was very clean. They had an excellent breakfast with much to choose from."

"This place got screwed by a few prior reviews. It is not a 4-star hotel and does it pretend to be but the room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet, guy at desk very nice and helpful. Good quiet heat/air conditioning, ample parking. Tv worked fine. Only 2 negatives: free breakfast was very basic - coffee, cereal, yogurt. (But full service family restaurant less than a block away); tub drain was a little slow so 1/4” of water near front end of tub after 5 minute shower (nice shower head, ample...

"Lovely stay, easy check in and kind staff. The room was clean and comfortable"

"Clean spacious room. Staff was very helpful. My only issue is that the sheets were too big for the bed and did not stay on. Otherwise, great stay!"

"always stay here. great staff, breakfast and room."

"Do not stay here. The air conditioning did not work not did the whirlpool tub. The whole place reeked of marijuana and the stay were not helpful. Even the manager of the property was not willing to make anything right. Not to mention I booked a room with a queen bed and was put in a room with a full size bed. Again do not stay here. Not the usual Marriott experience you would expect."

"Clean quiet"

"The property was being renovated which is much needed. The bed was comfortable but it wasn’t overall super clean and had a funky smell."

"Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying."

"The staff were very nice, breakfast was co ok"

"Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back!"

"Very nice."
