"Caravan was very clean and had a lovely homey feel to it. Everything you need for a break, making for a very comfortable stay. The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly."

"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!"

"We went for a weekend with our cavapoo. TBH had little treat box, dog towel and little sleeping mat. We brought many of our own things but nice to make him feel welcomed. We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful..walking routes, getting us a table for dinner. We had lovely drinks every evening at the bar with a very large fire and our dog with us. "The corridors, room and swimming pool / sauna areas were terrible. No warnings that the property was undergoing refurbishment. Guest services were rude invading personal space. Communication was poor. Sauna switched off and wasn't advised it takes 15 minutes to heat up."

"It was our second time staying at the Langston Quays. We had a lovely stay both times. Room great, staff excellent, breakfast delicious. Something for all tastes. We will be back. It has a big thumb’s up from us 👍"

"Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. "

"Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport. Driving range and tennis courts were fun and there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax"
