"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. "Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "It was a very short visit, for work reasons. After an unexpected cancellation of a hotel reservation in Martin, I chose Pension Rosnicka instead. I don't regret it at all. Pension Rosnicka gives you the feeling of being in Switzerland, surrounded by mountains, with a sufficiently large pool cleaned with organic algae which really fulfills its function perfectly. I work in film production, so I visit dozens of hotels every year, but this pension has a family atmosphere. We felt really good there."
