"Cold showers"

"The rooms were small not very clean, extremely loud HVAC."

"Good staff"

"Doesn't matter how nice the room is if you can't sleep. Cons: It's located right beside the train tracks. Trains started around 5:10am and there were 3 before 6:30am. Pillows are terrible. I booked a non-refundable room with a king bed and they didn't honor it, they downgraded me to a queen. I was given complimentary breakfast as compensation since I had paid more, but I had to point it out. Internet required plugging in instead of being wifi. Pros: Clean Centrally located Free parking Fridge...

"Staff helpful good explanations and gave good advice how to remedy extremely cold room. Saw bugs by pool area but no big deal. Pool hours very limited. Restaurants close early at 9 pm with no room service or fitness. Great pet room but pet fee is higher and property fee very high compared to most hotels even high end hotels. Would not stay there again. Was not enough value for the money spent."

"Underground parking is a nice option. Don’t like that it’s an up charge though!"

"Nice hotel. Room was very comfortable and the lounge was lovely."

"Very clean property, comfortable bed, and good selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly as well."

"Everything ok"

"The room heater was not working instead we were using a small space heater to warm the room. Breakfast was only so so...."

"We found the hotel in a convenient part of town. Close to cafés and restaurants. The hotel could use a bit of a face-lift. More importantly the staff are not well trained to smile when they see you or when you enter the breakfast room. The front desk agent never looked up to smile or say good morning and same with the breakfast staff. Positive side the parking was great the hotel was close to the airport and downtown so as previously mentioned in a good location I just wish the staff were a bit...

"A coffee shop or a restaurant in the hotel would have been nice. It’s a bare minimum hotel - good enough for an overnight and parking is good."

"Freezing. I got in late and was exhausted. The air-conditioning was on in the room and no matter how hard I tried to get heat I could not get it to work. Too tired to call the front desk. Hotel rooms should never be set below 22C when you are expecting guests. My room was at 20 with the air conditioning blowing all night above my bed. Not pleasant. The property, breakfast and staff were fabulous."

"Even though there was not much around it to make it easy to walk to get something to eat or do, the room was updated and very nice; the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was a difference maker. I arrived early and the front desk support let me know check in was 4 pm and if I wanted to pay extra I could get in earlier. I waited instead, and within a short time they notified me that my room was ready (within an hour) and at no extra charge. I would stay here again...
