"We were immediately impressed by the fresh, bright open look of the lobby. Everything about the Fairfield said quality and thought in design and function. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The only area of improvement might be a quieter air conditioner. The stand out feature of our stay was the friendly and excellent service provided by every staff member. We want to recognize one person in particular. Her name is Danni. She greeted us as we arrived and was so cheerful and helpful. She even helped sign us up for the rewards program for future stays. We travel in a Tesla and were grateful to have a charger on property for our use. The Fairfield will definitely be our choice for future stays!"

"Very satisfied with our stay. We had to evacuate Spokane because of the wild fires and this was the only hotel available and I’m so glad we ended up here. The staff is amazing, and the property is well maintained. The room was clean, and we felt very safe. If we ever have a need to stay in Moses Lake again, this will be the place we’ll choose."
