"This property was clean and spacious. It was close enough to walk to some restaurants and a grocery store. The location is great if you want to access things in nearby Billund. It wasn’t exactly clear that there is no front desk at this hotel. It was fine as far as checking in and out, but made things unclear about the property. The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. The breakfast is comfortably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too - such fresh food and wide selection. 1 point to flag - the hotel has no air con in rooms and it was hot whilst we were there 30C plus. "I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off...

"Nice stay close to LEGOLAND and other Billund attractions. However room walls are very thin and you can hear the running water from other rooms and conversations at times. Box of Lego in the room was a big hit. No hot drink facilities in the room so plan ahead if needed. Also be expected to make your own bed and no room cleaning during your stay. Shop had lots of bits if you have forgotten to pack anything."

"Very fine staff and a good price. Room was spacious. No air conditioning but they got us a fan. Breakfast only OK compared with other hotels in Scandinavia. Kudos to the desk staff—very pleasant and helpful."
