"What a tropical paradise! We were blown away by Hideaway! If you are looking for a private, family or couple getaway, this is the best place around! The simplicity might be a little less than what some want, but the stay met every one of our needs. The environment was beautiful and the beach was our favorite on the island! "It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. "Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a microwave in the room and coffee available in the lobby. The sitting area was nice unless there was a boat nearby that gave a diesel smell. Cruise ships did not dock in front of the hotel but further down the dock, so our view was not blocked. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the sky-tram which was nice."
