"Perfect location to explore Asbury Park sites. Staff were exceptional. Hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"This was a pleasant surprise when we happened to find it. The exterior and interior were well maintained. The room was nice and a generous size. It was comfortable and clean. Over 18 hours that we were there, we spoke with three different staff members. All of them were very friendly and accommodating. In short, when I make my next trip to New Jersey, I will make a reservation to stay at that particular location."

"Plenty of parking and even though it's next to a highway it was very quiet in the room. Breakfast was normal for this class hotel and the staff was great. The only problem was chasing down ice, the only working machine was on the 3rd floor."

"Waited 2 hours past our check in time (4pm) for our room to be ready, weren’t given any heads up before we arrived. Was not offered any complimentary voucher for the trouble it caused. Room service was spotty and the service phone was not functioning. Regretful of my spa experience, was made to wait for rooms to be prepared and were not given any grace of additional time for the 90 minute period that was billed but not fulfilled."

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this was not a good experience. I was there for one night attending the funeral and burial of a close relative and just wanted to go back to my room and go to sleep and the smell of marijuana in the hallway and seeping in my door was so strong and I informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing about it. Between broken lightbulbs and broken floorboards in my room and broken ice machine on my floor and breakfast that gave me a horribly stomach issue, I will certainly not be staying here again and really wish there was a way to get a refund. "

"Everything was good about this place minibus a very rude smug young lady soon may check out. She was obnoxious. The others were fine. She kinda ruined the experience which was a shames as the hotel was great otherwise."

"Wasn’t happy we were on a floor where they were redoing the carpets, my daughter almost tripped as we were about to walk out of the elevator. The refrigerator never cooled off at all and the constant wind whistles through the windows was not a relaxing noise. The next door clock alarm went of around 5:30 and for some reason ours went off at 6. the hotel wasn't booked we should have been put on a floor that wasn’t having work done on it "
