"They have the right mattress firmness and soundproofed room that we forgot we were in the middle of the city. The hotel is very close to a hospital but did not hear the sirens and had a restful and good night sleep. "
"Amazing Hostel and great prices for it being in the heart of downtown. Highly recommend, staff is so friendly and welcoming. There was some staining on the curtains and a couple more stains on the furniture but other than that i have no complaints! "
"This a traditional big city downtown hotel. It's in a great location on Michigan Avenue, with a 15 minute walk to the lakefront. The rooms are small, as you would expect, but clean and comfortable with surprisingly generous amenities (coffee maker and fridge/freezer, but no microwave). The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking's expensive, but it's downtown Chicago. It's old and slightly threadbare, but still a nice place and a good value given the location."
