"Collin with management was terrible. Placed several holds on my account even though I told him I paid through a 3rd party."

"It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me. "
