Il y’a plusieurs rénovation qui se fond dans l’hôtel. Mais, il manque beaucoup d’amour. Nous avons trouvé décevant l’effet que la piscine n’est pas chauffée, les matelas sont dur et le café ne goute à rien.

The rooms were super clean but the bathroom fan didn’t work one of the bathroom lights was out. If you were staying just to sleep and go this is a good place to stay.

NO BREAKFAST. Only 3 Vehicles on the parking lot at 8pm. This place is going down. When you look this property online note the first thing they advertise is “Hotel with free breakfast, walk to White Mountain National Forest”. I went to the office at 8:30am to ask where the breakfast was been served and there was nobody there. It was all dark. Lights out. There was a cord telephone unit on the wall outside the office with a sign asking people if they had any questions to grab that phone unit and dial “0”. Really. At 8:30am? So I dialed “0”. A girl pickup the phone and told me the breakfast would be served in the office at 9am. Ok. Went back to the office at 9am and there was a gentleman there. I asked him about the breakfast and he said the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast. ???? I pulled out my phone and showed him what he advertise online and he said. I understand but we don’t serve breakfast here. ???? And he added what do you want? I have a bagel. Would you like a bagel? And I said back. I just want to get out of here. I felt betrayed cause when I booked the hotel I specifically selected the amenities I was looking for in a hotel. It’s just weird how some people bring to the US their way of making wrong business.

Says that breakfast is included. There was NOTHING. Staff gave no reason or apology. It was a major reason we booked the room. Found someone else's long blond hair on my pillow - not pleasant. Tub was clean but peeling and looked gross.

Staff very nice, rooms spacious. They need to gradually start updating bathrooms shower and other things, but in general all good and perfect for a night or two.

It's dated. The thermostats are from the 80s and it's either too hot or too cold. The Jacuzzi suite HAS potential.

Dirty, not professional. Old not updated, 70's bates motel. Seaman and food stains on comforters. Not a good experience.

Old and run down. Only 1 staff member spoke English. Free breakfast was a muffin and coffee. The hot tub was nice after a couple of days snowmobiling. There were barely any other guests staying there on s big school vacation holiday week which seemed odd.

The pool had some weird oily film on the water, so we didn’t even dare try it. The property was run down. The door worked hard. The plug for the microwave was so loose it hung halfway out of the socket. The room had a weird smell. Could easily hear the neighbors. Very disappointed for the price paid to stay there. We won’t make the same mistake twice.

The chairs in room so dirty afraid to put my bag down. Pool freezing, hot tub NOT HOT! WAS WAY OVERPRICED FOR OUTDATED NASTY Stained CARPET. So not worth 200. A night on a Sunday and checkout at 11!!

Could have been better.
Hotel was clean, pool was nice but chilly and not attached to the hotel (makes a big difference when it’s cold), “lobby area” was freezing, front desk staff was just enough of being polite but not knowledgeable about the area and couldn’t make suggestions about where to eat (not a lot of local options). Our room key didn’t work and the manager blamed it on us although she had trouble with it herself and had to use a master key to open our door multiple times. Not a horrible place but we won’t be going back based on our own experience.

Property is very outdated. Everything just appears old and dirty. There was an indoor pool but it was unusable since it was not heated. The hot tub was lukewarm at best.

Good enough
My only complaints are the heated pool was cold and the hot tub was just look warrm. Could beneficial to have some hooks in the room especially in the bathroom.

property could use some updating, a little run down, door to room would not open, had the front desk do it for us, room had a weird smell in it. Room was clean however. good location, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

False advertising. Mattress was horrible, hot tub was cold, floors all uneven, breakfast was a bowl of cereal and a banana, no coffee or juice. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We couldn’t even stay in the room. There was a thick layer of dust on everything, including the tissue box and headboard. There was a bug on the mattress, and blood stains on the mattress as well. Slept in the car instead.
