Lincoln, NH is one of our favorite places to visit. The Village has bigger rooms, games to borrow, indoor game room, 4 pools, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts. There is grocery shopping nearby and a variety of restaurants with great food.

I'd definetly want to go back in another season. We went for Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed the trails near by as well as the indoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. My 10 year old loved the townhouse. Very spacious.

Spacious Loft Townhouse Near Loon Ski Resort

Large clean loft townhouse that was perfect for 2 families. Full kitchen and living room/dining rooms made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of skiing. Situated across from Loon ski resort with shuttles running on weekends and holidays. Only drawback was there was only 1 bathroom for 2 families. Also the hot water tank is shared among 3 townhouses so how much hot water is available for showers depend on usage of all 3 connecting townhouses.

Good value for money Property a little “tired” needs some renewal to certain areas. Room was great size with everything we needed, but beds need new mattresses, as all were uncomfortable Good location close to ski area with reg shuttles, but other than hot tub and pool that had seen better days and didn’t feel to well cleaned there wasn’t much else to doing winter. Would stay again for the value for the budget

Dated property that was otherwise clean/comfy.

The unit we were in was clean and quite dated. Beds and bedding were fine, kitchen had enough plates, silverware, etc. The dishwasher could not open fully when the fridge was closed - the doors bump into each other. Staff were generally friendly up until we lost the plastic keycard for the pool area, which had a $15 fine and that seems absurd for something so easily replaceable.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the extra space that a hotel room doesn’t offer. Although not at all a problem for us, the beds were not as stated in our reservation which said there would be a queen bed and a double bed. Instead there was a king bed, and 4 single beds in our unit. Worked out nicely for us to have a king bed. That’s all we needed. We would stay here again if we had the chance.

The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. The furniture is very outdated and worn down. The kitchen in our unit was dirty with grease splatter on the white cupboards as well as countertops, fridge handles and floor in corners. The dishwasher didn’t work. The mattresses are old, and you can feel the springs. We have stayed at VOLM many times - while we knew the furniture condition, we have never had an unclean kitchen or unit. Year after year the place just seems more and more uncared for and run down. Additionally, the rec facilities (pools, hot tub) close very early (often 7pm), even during ski season and a busy weekend in the Fall (NH Highland Games - the events don’t end until at least 5:30pm, so you have very little time to actually soak and relax in the hot tub by the time you get back from the events if you stay to the end). Just seems like this place is less and less accommodating and more and more expensive for less benefit.

Overalll ok, relatively clean. All of the air conditioning was broken. The rooms did not have the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms listed and they expect you to strip beds, do towels and run dishwasher while not offering stay housekeeping and leaving an envelope for a tip……

Overall it was a decent property. We call it bougee on a budget. It was clean, it was safe. Negatives-The beds were awful. Not comfortable at all. My back was killing me no matter which bed we slept on. the hot water didn’t always work- made bath time harder. And parking spots were a challenge. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. So there was parking in front of the condos- which my neighbors decided to take up 3 spots for themselves. There was two indoor pools, 2 hot tubs and 1 outdoor pool- my kids loved that. Check in and out was easy. No dining on property. Local areas to eat. Small town. Not much for shopping. But Clark’s, alpine adventure were within 10 minutes driving. I prob wouldn’t stay again just because of the beds, but if it wasn’t for that- I totally would.

Good for a family getaway.

Convenient to all the white mountain attractions ,nothing fancy ,works well for are family 2 adults and 3 grandkids. Plenty of room and having a kitchen for breakfast and snacks is good,kids love the pools.

2 bedroom self contained unit; very homely

Stayed at the 2 bedroom self contained unit. Very spacious, clean, and well maintained. They don't have everyday room service, but they provide plenty of extra towels and blankets and sheets and toiletries. Very quiet. Full kitchen was a big plus!! Food, you get your own from restaurants around, plenty of good ones. Bed was good for me. Had one bedroom upstairs and another one in the basement. Very spacious living room and a nice patio with furniture. Overall, I would book it again.. please note, this was a family getaway wake up at noon, no disturbance kind of a trip and boy was it good!!!
