"We stayed there for one night. We didn't spend much time in the Caravan park but we did noticed that the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The cabin was very clean and the bed it was comfortable as well. Very friendly staff. There is no much to do in the caravan park but definitely worth it for overnight stay. Heaps to do in that area! "

"No kitchen in our room, had a toaster, microwave, jug, fridge but no place to wash dishes except for a very small sink in bathroom. Nice new block out curtains, bed comfy, pillows were not. No table and chairs but it did have a 2 seater couch. Only place in town that served food was the pub."

"We had a great stay at Stony Rise Lodge! We booked in advance and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the Executive Suite on arrival. The property is well appointed, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Special thanks to Donna, Dave, Ash and Roscoe for your hospitality and all the love and care that clearly goes into running this property. We would happily recommend to others and will be back! "The room was extremely dated. Back to the 60s. The carpet smelt of cats urine. I made mention in a review to the Manager, when I went to reception a staff member said “oh yeah, I did see that in the review” yet never bothered to follow up or contact me. Were adamant that no cats hat been in the room. I had to explain quite often pets travel with owners. The windows were dirty. Water pooled in the bathroom floor. I inquired about checking out after the first night. I was made aware no refund...

"Property and room was exquisite. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very curt and rude staff member who seemed upset that she needed to wait for us to travel here for the evening on a long weekend. She phoned us 3 times confirming our arrival time. We told her it would be around a certain time and she mentioned to us that as it was a long weekend, they wanted to leave earlier then the stated check in time. "Absolutely beautiful! The cabin is stunning. So much room inside, gorgeous views. Outside is scenically stunning. So peaceful and quiet. Will most definitely be staying again. The walk up to the cabin is beautiful, inside and outside just stunning!"

"I was shocked how poor this place was after booking it seeing a 9.4 rating on it. It's that really old motel-like vibe. I wouldn't recommend it unless it's just a convenient short overnight sleep."
