"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff provided exceptional service. The hotel was spotlessly clean and tastefully appointed. Our room was great. The location puts in an easy walk of all Limerick has to offer, including close proximity to the train station if needed. I highly recommend this hotel. The added breakfast was well worth the cost, a feast every morning."

"Nothing was too much trouble to ask of the staff at this incredible hotel! We stayed as a large group for a conference and from start to finish- the Savoy team was professional, friendly and responsive. Do not hesitate to book for business or pleasure- this hotel is top notch!"

"The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had variety and was very good. The hotel was close to the activities in the city of Limerick."

"Amazing stay in a great location !!"

"Room was clean and lots of parking"

"Outstanding spa experience. access to bar& restaurant was good all day. Walkable to most areas."

"Dont know where to start..upgraded to a Jr suite guess not upgraded enough to get a smart tv. TV was tiny and few channels. Booked for the pool..did not tell you pool was open to public and classes so never a good time to go in. Never cleaned our room. Mold and falling apart..dilapidated outside. Restaurant staff rude and unfriendly. No safe in room. Fridge in closet??? Dont even think it worked and had to turn sideways to open. No dresses or drawers area to put clothes away cleaning crew...

"Everything was fine except the sink overflow was blocked and the shower tray was filling up as wasn’t draining correctly , musty damp smell in all the corridors. I think there is a drain issue"
