"J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour une semaine avec deux de mes amies l'année dernière, en plein mois de juillet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu familial, le personnel est très sympathique et agréable, tout est propre et organisé pour que tout se déroule au mieux. Nous avions loué une voiture pour la semaine afin de pouvoir découvrir l'île et il a été très facile pour nous de garer la voiture, peu importe l'heure à laquelle nous rentrions. "No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

"Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

"Property and room was a bit outdated. Breakfast was simple. Coffee machine was not great and wasps were annoying. WiFi did not work in room On plus side they were very welcoming and hotel pool area was nice and short walk to lovely beach"

"We did enjoy our stay at this hotel during the month of June. It was relatively quiet. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are exceptionally clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady that cleaned our room daily was thoughtful and did an excellent job at maintaining the hotels high standards of cleaning. The air con and the WiFi were excellent. "The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, but the service falls short of what you would expect from a luxury property. The staff were friendly enough, but often appeared disengaged and lacking direction. Around the pool, there were rarely more than 10 guests at any one time, yet staff would frequently stand around rather than proactively offering drinks, checking on guests, or bringing pool towels. "A lovely hotel with fantastic, friendly staff and a great location - if you have a car you can get to almost anywhere on the island in approx. one hour. Also close to Sami main town - about a 15 minute walk along the coastal path where there are lots of nice restaurants"

"Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia."
