"Bella la struttura esterna ma internamente molto confusa per organizzazione stanze e piani (rischio di perdersi assicurato), camere un po' antiquate nell'arredamento (bagno non all'altezza). Camere pulite. Staff della reception non particolarmente cortese e un po' superficiale (indicazioni non precise per la cena e i servizi ristorazione offerti dalla struttura). Lo staff del bar invece cortese ed accogliente.
Colazione buona, ricca e varia."

"A charming hotel. Rooms were large & well maintained. Staff were great- nothing was a bother. Included breakfast was hearty & tasty. Certainly a hotel to recommend to friends and family."

"Lovely. Clean. Full restaurant and bar, open 24/7. Second or third hotel on the trip that doesn't provide face clothes (wash clothes, flannels, whatever you may call them). No hand towels either until we requested them, but responded immediately when we did. Overall, very comfortable. Airport is right there but glad they had a shuttle - helped when transporting luggage. Definitely recommend."

"This hotel was understaffed with trainees, which made the check-in period punishing. The restaurant was also understaffed and they did not communicate that our order of bar simple food would take 1.5 hours. When asked, they said they were backed up and offered no compensation or apologies. We would never stay here again. While affordable, the experience was terrible and a huge waste of time."
