"All was great!"

"We were greeted in a delightful way by Amalina who helped resolve an early mis-communicatiin. Throughout our stay Amalina and Nazifa were so helpful and friendly, over and above the call of duty. Our transport arrangements and trips were co-ordinated efficiently by Ziman who again was quite delightful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious We loved the pool and its surroundings."

"Slightly below expectation of hotel comfort."

"This was a solid hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be with the location, as there wasn’t a whole lot around the surrounding area"

"Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."

"I love the room is very cleanness and so comfortable to stay. "

"Great"

"Good location, walkable to restaurants and shops.Front desk staffs were friendly n helpful n so were the breakfast staffs Breakfast have Simple English breakfast ,Bread and buns (sandwiches)local cakes pan cakes and waffles, honey ,condensed milk,Kaya, regular or green colour made from eggs ,sugar ,coconut milk and pandan leaves for green colourand peanut butter. These are the condiments used for toasts n pan cakes n waffles. They have hard boiled eggs everyday ,rice or fried rice fried noodles, ...

"The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. "

"Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend "
