We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco, Lima, and it never disappoints. Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend a hotel that truly defines excellence in customer service and comfort.

I will never return to Lima and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn even though the location is very essential to Surco, they had no English speaking staff no English TV no ability to watch movies or stream anything English it was really a bad experience to be there as an American

hotel located in a very safe and quiet area close to many good places to eat and supermarket. bed very comfortable. I think the room rate is overpriced because of the upscale neighborhood. In Miraflores you will find hotels from the same category and more things to do.
