"The door keys stopped working and had to get them reprogrammed. Doors were either broken or would not read cards. No fridge in 1 room. Microwave did not work. Room #2 had trash under bed and toilet leaked everytime you flushed. When turning on water for shower red orange water came out. Both hot tubs out of order. Breakfast was not good not many options. Bugs everywhere in rooms. Kids did enjoy the pool with slide. To use slide is $5 per child to use."
"If I could give this property 0 stars I would. Ended up sleeping in my car because I broke out in a rash from the dust on the bed immediately. Went to look through the room and there was hair, unknown remnants in the pile of hair, dust and dirt all over the corners of the bed frame, odd stains on the floor, and the WORST part, a disgusting stain on the comforter I was just attempting to cuddle into. I would have left immediately if I didn't have my pets with me but they needed to be out of the car for a bit. Left at 3:30am after taking a nap in my car and hotel manager constantly refuses refunds for similar complaints. DO NOT STAY HERE."
"Had a great stay.....very nice place...and the staff even helped us to find an amazing place to eat dinner called the Pelican cafe...their food was spectacular."
"Room was clean. No bed bugs. However, the window wouldn't close so I and my already nervous dog had to listen to street noises all night. Shades wouldn't close all the way, so light came through from outside. There was also an occasional very loud noise that seemed to rattle the walls. No idea where that came from. Bathroom was so tiny I could barely use the toilet and I found a used towel from the previous occupant hung behind the bathroom door, still damp somehow. Overall a poor experience. I'm sitting in my hotel room in the next city in my trip and for about the same price it's a hundred times better, and in a better neighborhood, so no, I didn't get what I paid for from Super8."
"I really wanted to enjoy the time here. But this property was not well maintained. The room was really dirty. There was hair and garbage in a corner of the bathroom. The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. You get 4 waterpark towels that are paper thin. First night was constant loud banging and stomping for hours well into midnight. The icing on the cake was the 2 staples my 6yo had to have put in his head during an ER visit after slipping and falling hitting his head on one of the water slides. He was not running. He simply turned around and out came his foot from underneath him. The waterpark floors are slippery and need to be monitored and fixed with better gripping. I will not be back. For the price you pay, it is not worth it at all.
Oh and lastly, it was right before we checked out, I showered and went to blow dry my hair. The blow dryer started sparking and making a very loud sound. Had to quickly unplug it to get it to stop. Let front desk know and they said they would have maintenance look at it.
Overall, there are way nicer places to stay in Billings. Don’t let the waterpark entice you. While the kids might love it, the place is a mess and needs much better cleaning and maintenance."
