So much for a digital check in

The check in experience totally ruined the stay for us at this hotel. We arrived at the given check in time 2 p.m. but the room was not ready. Since this was a fully digital check in experience, it felt frustrating. We also reached out to support by phone and email, but the help and quality of the service was to a minimal.

Wir haben die Unterkunft als ZwischenĂŒbernachtung gebucht. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebie, nahe der Autobahn. Der Self-Check-in lief problemlos. Das Zimmer was sauber. Jederzeit gern wieder fĂŒr eine Übernachtung.

Gut, aber ...

Hier gibt es nur OnlineCheckin. Leider hat es mit dem dazu buchen vom FrĂŒhstĂŒck nicht geklappt und im Partner Restaurant hat es dann mehr gekostet. Eigentlich auch zu viel fĂŒr Angebot. Beim Check-in-Bereich ist leider da Wifi noch nicht aktiv und im Restaurant auch nicht. Schade schade!

Modern eingerichtet, sauber, Restaurants in der NĂ€he sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aus den Nachbarzimmern war nichts zu hören, also gut gedĂ€mmt. Aufgrund der direkten Lage an der Hauptstraße und des StraßenlĂ€rms nicht fĂŒr lĂ€ngere Aufenthalte empfehlenswert. Aber obwohl ich sensibel bin, was LĂ€rm angeht, bekam ich ausreichend Schlaf.
