"Overall it was a great stay! Very clean bath accommodations, bed was comfortable and very spacious room.. however, on arrival, we noticed the top bedsheet was torn and shredded on one corner. Not what one would expect in a 4.5 star rating hotel. The staff opened the door occasionally but not a big deal, but the doors are heavy and a problem for me since I have major shoulder problem."

"I enjoyed the room. It was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. The front desk people were all super friendly and welcoming. The valet guys were funny and helpful in pointing us in the right direction when we left the hotel to go anywhere. I think the service staff are used to a higher class of clientele. I don't dress fancy or super fashionable and I think that put off a lot of the service staff. We were straight up ignored at the bar and every single time we walked into the convenience store it was clear we were an inconvenience. If you are going to stay here for business, I'd recommend it. If you want a more...personable experience...I don't think I would. I want to be clear, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. It was an experience."

"The staff was professional and courteous. The greeting was warm upon arrival the doormen courteous and polite. The bellman courteous and extremely polite. Room was clean and well kept. Truly enjoyed my stay. One recommendation, I would extend a courtesy call for checkout to inquire whether assistance is needed for seniors, and those with ADA concerns would need assistance with luggage to the entrance. I experienced challenges with the wheels of my luggage with the hotel carpet. Had a nice stay!"

"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "
