Bad customer service

Remodeling, no coffee pot or hair dryer. Bed was very hard, couch was easier to sleep on. Okay stay for 1 night. Issue with payment to the hotel from hotel.com. Owners woke us up 3 times to talk to customer service so the could get paid. Cancelled reservation w/hotel.com & had to pay again directly to Hotel. This was a mess!!

Woman was rude. Had to threaten to call the police because they had already charged me but wouldn't give me my room nor a refund. Booked in advance and paid but was told that they had no available rooms even though I had already paid. Then refused to refund me... When I threatened to call the police a man mysteriously had a room come available. They were trying to scam me out of my money

Worse place ever. They tried to scam me and the person in front of me out of more money. Dirty, smelled, mold everywhere, same towels from previous person. Stole the neighbors charger while he was out and returned it when called them out on it. Drugs being sold in the open and they tried to enter my room at 4am. I could go on and on. This placed should be bulldozed.

I book this and prepaid online at 9:15 pm and we were 13 miles away and needed to sleep. In the time it took us to drive the 13 miles they say they ran out of queen rooms and the lady made me pay 7.00 in cash to upgrade ro a king room or I would just be without a room. Bad attitude and apparently they do this upchrage all the time. No coffee pot in the room amd the towel were gross. Glad i brought my own.

We waited hours for our room to cool down at the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This was the 3rd room we attempted to stay in. The 1st one we couldn't even in the room because the door was locked from the inside, the 2nd was a smoking room (I have asthma, so nope). The rudest owners, pretty much told me it's our problem. Needless to say we are heading to another hotel.

Do not use with secret price or app deals!

The Hotel itself was OK. But they did not honor the price from Hotels.com. I ordered using the app,(no refund) and they had me pay an additional 17 dollars (15 plus 2 dollar fee because I didn’t have cash) because my secret price was too low for them. For my total price I could’ve drove up the road and got a nicer room. But I had no time and no way to get my money back so I paid to stay. Never again.

The staff was very rude and incomprehensive, the room I was given had dirty and wet towels as if they had just been used, the room had no things most rooms have, a coffee pot, a bucket for the ice machine, no hair dryer no outlets in the restroom.. overall I would never stay there again

We arrived a bit after 9 pm. Had to check in at a window on an unlit corner of building. Door to room did not shut properly. Put the desk against the door. No blow dryer, no cups in the room (luckily we had bottled water), room not well insulated so you could hear ever noise, the smell of the room was that of dirty bleach water. I will never stay here again.

Never NEVER AGAIN

Well first I requested a kitchenette but the stove didn't turn on because it didn't work and couldn't change rooms because I was only here for the weekend second the heater didn't work didn't exchange rooms because we weren't going to stay long (only 2 days) Third because she saw it was 2 people she said that we needed a king and that it was $5 more but wanted in cash butt that I could take it to the office the next day when then she bugged every 10 minutes but either calling the room or knocking on the door and started taking pictures of our license plates threatening that she was gonna call the cops. When we went to the bank to pull out the money and returned she locked the door. Constantly calling the room to close the front door until the day we left. I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT.

Extremely rude

There was no coffee pot in the room went to the office for some and was told no coffee only in the morning you drink coffee on our time never again will we stay there don't have photos but a very rude video tv and air conditioning went out at the same time

Horrible

I will not be staying here again. The guy in the front was horrible!! He was so mean to myself and my kids. Our ac stopped working and he was more concerned about what my kids were doing. My son is 10 and daughter 5, very well behaved. I don't think he likes kids staying there. No phone service in the room, there was 4 of us and only two towels. No phone in the room. I've stayed places cheaper than this place and had a better experience!!

The saying you get what you pay for is TRUE!

When I arrived they didn't have my reservation but fortunately I had it with me to give her so she was kind enough to call her Mother to confirm she could let me stay. We went to the room the old musty smell with catch you at the door BUT was as clean as you could get the room. Even still went in to rest because of a terrible headache and being exhausted. The water nozzle in the shower was reversed for cold go to hot and for luke warm to cold go to cold, (no hot) no plugs in the bathroom, no trash can in the bathroom. The fire alarm went off at 11 both nights for no reason and startled us from a dead sleep. They came at 8am to knock on the door because they didn't see a car in front of the door and then again at 930 to hand me some towels that are by the very thin and old. I will admit the young lady was nice in the front but I will not stay again.

Hometown expectations barely met!

Stayed here to pass thru once again for family. Hotel needs some work. But for the price you would expect at least a continental breakfast of some type.

Reasonable priced motel close to downtown Liberty.

Did not have an invalid room that I paid in advance for. Room given did not have walk in shower for my wife to bathe, Room faced the evening sun and the A/C had not been turned on. Took over two hours to cool down. I assumed that the desk clerk would have my receipt ready when I checked out the next morning since I didn't get a receipt at check in. When I went by the next morning for my receipt, he was combative and would not give me a receipt. I am watching my credit card account closely. The room was O. K. for the price if you are not an invalid and just want an overnight stay.. I would recommend personally stopping at the motel and reviewing your room before renting the room.
