"Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service"

"Staff and parking was good Did not eat in the bar, thought microwave was in the room because i had my own food. Overall stay was nice and comfortable "

"Breakfast was poor. They only had eggs and sausage and biscuits. The eggs were fake. The sausage was extremely thin and not very tasteful, and there was no gravy for the biscuits. Additionally, the toaster was broken. The butter appeared to be stash or old and the coffee was the worst we’ve ever had from a machine. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The cleaning people were good. The laundry room equipment was not very well maintained and the clothes dryer did not dry clothes...

"Room was clean. TV did not work. We called 3 times before finally told us it was unplugged in the back, nice man came to show us. There was a woman in parking lot high on some kind of drug, there were pallets and trash everywhere on property. One of worst hotels I have ever stayed. I have been booking with EXPEDIA for over 20 years and online did not reflect condition of the hotel. We were told remodeling, very rough hotel, people working on vehicles in parking lot, employees live in one side...

"The location wasn't terrible. However that is about the only good thing going for it. None of the pictures matched the experience. I get the pool is out of season, but it doesn't look like they've maintained it in years. The rooms are so poorly lit. The bathroom was tiny and we nearly slipped in the shower since the tub is so small. Despite all the no smoking signs we still could smell both weed and smoke. Bed was "made", if you can call it that. The bed sheets/blankets barely kept us warm even...

"Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay....

"It was a great stay However the heated pool wasn’t heated when I was there. ICE COLD!"

"I was not able to reschedule my stay for a week later even though a state emergency had been declared in the face of the winter storm. Both Expedia and Hampton said it was up to the other entity. I will not be using Expedia again. "

"There was no hot tub. The pool was ok but too much chlorine.we wanted a refund because of the cockroaches. We had to ask to switch rooms because we had to stomp on a cockroach as we walked in the room"

"This hotel is pet friendly, and even had a welcome gift for my dog. The location is beautiful with the rolling hills and vineyards. The property is well maintained and clean. I will definitely return. "
