"There is only one desk chair in the rooms which is inconvenient for two people in a room. Didn't have regular chairs in the rooms like other hotels. You have to sit on the bed. The mattress were terrible, glad I have disposable sheets to cover the mattress. Every day you have to go to the desk to have your card rekeyed to go into your room. This is done intentionally by the hotel to make you come to the desk every day for some reason. We asked about it and they claimed we must have had it near our phone, but it was both keys every day. It is way over priced for what you get. Will never stay again."

"The hotel was excellent. Courteous and friendly staff. All were very accommodating . Happy hour was included, also breakfast the next morning. And not the usual ho hum buffet. Omelettes cooked to order. Very nice; I was impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Excellent choice. "

"This place is a hotel for homeless people. The rooms are absolutely filthy and is the place is a complete dump. Do not stay here. I've stayed in Hostels and some fairly sketchy hotels all over the world. This is the first hotel I've ever paid for and simply couldn't stay there because the conditions were so deplorable. "

"The location was very good because only 10 minutes from main place in Tampa Riverwalk I don’t like wait like 45 minutes for the room it was not ready"

However the property does not offer a spa(jacuzzi) which it stated they did.. the foot traffic is high and noise level was outrages at all times through the night. Customer service was great at first then became rocky very quick. The rooms were filled up with alot of sketchy people. I dont wabt to addume but many 'single woman which definitely seemed like prostitutes the way they walked around and stood."

"Start off with the warm welcome I received from gentleman working at 3pm. Room was very clean and I needed nothing. Pool was nice and clean. Could shut off heater during daytime. Pool Bar just opening will be great once they have TV and music playing. All you can eat breakfast buffet was nice but should have plain bagels also. Shuttle service to parks was great. Hardly no wait time. Only good things to say about this hotel, also India restaurant in hotel has excellent homemade food. I think I covered everything and hope to come back to Tampa soon and Oasis Bay Suites is definitely where I will stay."
