The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there!

My daughter and I stayed at this property on a trip across the United States and it was a welcome relief after two days of driving. The property is spectacular, it’s very convenient off the highway and the horses are an added bonus. We loved our night and wish we could’ve stayed for several more days!

Grreat Get-Away

Had a great two days at John and Claire's farm. Cozy scenic place on this secluded large home on a small lake where you can fish, sit on a porch and view a beautiful landscape, watch horses trot by and/or play pool on a classic regulation slate table. An excellent breakfast is provided at a table in the piano room in the morning. There are only 4 rooms in this B&B which makes you sttay much more personal. Situated in the middle of 2 historic small cities where you can find excellent restaurants for dinner.

Hidden gem

This delightful B & B is set in the middle of a horse farm with two lakes/ponds. Claire is super friendly and wants to make sure your stay is exceptional. She has items available to play games, fishing poles, and walking trails available. Breakfast was wonderful! I am hoping to go back and stay their longer at another time.

Picturesque horse farm setting with walking path around the pond and many barns. Comfortable king bed in large suite. Claire made an awesome breakfast with avocado toast and fresh eggs. If you love the farm atmosphere this place is perfect, with dogs, cats, chickens, geese and even a pony greeting you as you step off the beautiful back porch.

Queenslake Royal Treatment

Quiet, remote setting with an ambiance second to none. Fresh air and farm life without having to break a sweat. Excellent hosts and very comfortable accommodations. Nearby Georgetown is a newly discovered treasure also.
