"After second day of no room service, I informed the front desk to which they responded, we'll handle it. They never did so!!! Third day i took pictures showed management expressed my frustration and let them know i would not be back. I stayed one additional day and once again No Room Service!! "

"3rd floor window opened nothing to block a child from falling. No phone in room to call desk. 3 night stay and no housekeeping in to get trash or bring towels. Coke bottle on floor. Dirty fuzzy vent in bathroom. "

"Staff is great! The property is going through a remodel, so it’s a little chaotic during the day. If you’re looking for a better than decent room with a few amenities not available and a awesome room rate I wouldn’t pass it up."

"Rooms were clean and staff was courteous and polite. My only complaint is that the complimentary breakfast was terrible. The food tasted awful and I wished I had opted to just go somewhere else for breakfast."

"The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning. "

"Room and amentities were so so. Staff was great though! I thought I had reserved a room with a mini fridge and microwave. Turned out the room they had when we checked in didn't have either. The person on duty when we checked in offered to find both and bring them to our room and did!! His name was Su. Super nice guy. THAT was going above and beyond. The room was clean but didn't have things my wife needed like a hair dryer and it would have been nice if the rooms had just a small lamp for lighting instead of bright lamps on the walls. Based on the staff I'd give a 5 star but there are things they could make better for rooms. Overall it was a good stay and I'd stay there again when visiting family in Lewisville just based on their staff. "
