"The only thing Premier about this hotel is the name. they have rooms with beds but that is about it. I woke up in the middle of the night by some loud racketing outside the room (103 close to the breakfast room), thought it was someone drunk coming back, but it kept on and on. After some time I went out to the reception and it was the persons in the reception doing vacuumcleaning like a grumpy teenager bumping around chairs and slamming with doors. "Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "
