Lovely people, my only complaint is that the room was a bit outdated and the breakfast had few selections though the food quality was good. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and it is an excellent choice for location.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The property, specifically the room had a lot of dust like a haunted place that hasn’t been lived in at all. The chairs were gray covered in dust in the room, but the linens were very clean the balcony, the paint only the curtains and the carpet had a lot of dust on them.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The wardrobe was extremely dirty. There were a few rotten fruits, specifically a quince and a lemon, left on the shelf inside the wardrobe, and they smelled very bad. The cleaning staff had also left their cleaning equipment in the room. The room itself smelled unpleasant and was not properly cleaned. We also found a bug in the bathroom. I saw a bug in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water available either in the room or during breakfast. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience for us. We expected much better standards of cleanliness and service.
