"I chose the Quality Inn Toronto Airport based on the reviews and overall rating on Hotels.com, and I was genuinely surprised by how poor the experience was. The hotel is run down, shabby, and clearly not well maintained. The photos online do not reflect the current condition of the property. There is no elevator, and reaching the second floor requires going up and down multiple sets of stairs, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. The building itself feels very dated and in need of significant upkeep. The cleanliness also raised concerns. We found cherry pits on the floor in our room, which makes you question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. The check-in experience was fine but uninspired — the staff member seemed to simply be going through the motions. Fortunately, we were only there for a short overnight stay and spent less than 10 hours in the room. That said, for the price we paid, I would have chosen almost anywhere else had I known the true condition of the hotel."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful. But there was no water available for drinking in the room. If we need water to drink we need to buy it. There was continuous beeping sound near the room and I couldn’t sleep at all. It was not a good experience to stay here. "

"The staff is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. Not to mention, any accommodations needed - food, self care essentials, etc are a 2 minute walk away across the street. I have stayed here now on a few different occasions, and the experience has always been awesome. Would highly recommend to all, I can’t express enough how great the experience has been, and I’ll personally, certainly be back. If I could give 10 stars I would, it’s an absolutely exceptional hotel."
