"My wife and I travelled with our 7-month-old at the start of October. The hotel is well renovated inside and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was solid with a good variety of options. Room service was fairly average and quite expensive for what it was, although that's often the nature of hotel room service. The pool complex is fantastic for a hotel of this calibre and we really enjoyed spending time there. The only slight issue was an unpleasant smell around the upper pool level. Staff were a bit of a mixed bag. Some interactions felt quite cold initially, and there were occasions where we waited a while to be acknowledged. This may be partly cultural rather than poor service. Once engaged, staff were generally helpful. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and close to several nice restaurants. The Lake View room was well worth it, with spectacular views. We requested a travel cot and were initially provided one with a broken base and a dated mattress. Given our baby's age, we wouldn't normally use a mattress in a travel cot, so it's worth being specific about requirements in advance. Once we raised the issue, a replacement was provided without too much fuss. Overall, if you arrive expecting a solid 4-star hotel, you'll have a pleasant stay. It lacks some of the attention to detail that separates higher-end properties, but for the price we paid and the time of year we visited it was a great find, and I would recommend it for a stay in Bled."

"A very comfortable hotel right next to the bus station which is handy for getting around and a cheap way of getting to and from the airport. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice and a terrace if you wanted to eat outside. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would happily stay here again."
