"We stayed for a couple of hours into our planned 4-night visit. But we saw a few things that prompted us to cancel our stay and leave. My husband saw a prostitute in the hallway, and the lobby smelled like marijuana. The pool was packed with people. Our shower leaked all over the floor, and our TV didn't work. We didn't feel comfortable staying there with our kids because we worried about safety and, potentially, bed bugs. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and fully refunded our trip."

"The highway noise is very loud and I couldn’t find a way to keep the a/c fan on constantly to drown it out. You may want to request a room on the north side, farthest from the road to minimize the road noise. Also, it appeared that the a/c unit would turn itself off when you were out of the room and also possibly while sleeping because it got very warm. The pool was not open while we were there (beginning of June) and only the main floor ice machine was working. At our time of check-out I wanted to fill my water bottle with ice water since we had a full day of hiking and exploring, however maintenance was working on the only working ice machine. It was very frustrating. Also, the front desk people were not very helpful."

"My room was clean and had plenty of space. I was a solo traveler so it was nice to have extra space. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a couple hot choices and the waffle maker. There was also hot coffee and tea, bread items to toast, and cereals and juice. There was parking available. I plan to stay here again."
