We got a tiny room with no shelves and no hooks, a tiny bathroom where the toilet was 1 cm away from the shower cabin, no bedlamps but just a bulb under the fan but the most negative aspect was the noise from people talking, walking and everything else that was happening in the vicinity. I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. The room’s window was massively crooked allowing a ton of insects to enter the room, the shower was too cold and after a 4-day hike in the mountains with only cold showers and a bad throat, a hot shower...
