"Amazing location, the views are incredible, rooms and those bathrooms breathtaking. Great service good value, staff are very attentive with the buggies to get up the hill- we had 2 x 70 year olds with us on a 3 generation holiday. Great location to walk into town or the other way to Lago beach to swim out to the pontoon or go to the swanky spa next door. Restaurant recommendations Curry Traders, la Bianca and nyomans warring- reception can boom "

"Simple, super clean and perfect accommodation. On a quieter street but literally so close to great beach, shops and good coffee. The owner and staff are so friendly and willing to help. They also transport you and hire scooters. Highly recommend."

"This hotel is a fabulous hotel in Sanur especially if you are planning on going across to the islands of Lembongan or Penida after or during your stay as it’s a 10 mins walk to the boat port. The staff are excellent at the hotel and it’s a nice big spacious hotel with a lovely reception area and cafe/bar in the lobby which serves food and nice selection of drinks. "Had a wonderful 3 night stay here, would definitely stay again. Everything was very easy to organise with the hotel staff for any of our needs. Nice friendly service. The little villa was great, aircon was amazing, slept really well, the occasional barking dog early in the morning though but really enjoyed our stay. A good spot not far from sandy bay, dream beach, sunset point via scooter. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Castaway! The staff were beyond lovely and so helpful with anyone we asked. The hotel is gorgeous and perfect if you were travelling with other people - shared pool which is quite close to everyone else’s rooms but it makes for a nice relaxing environment anyway. It’s walkable to mushroom beach, super easy and close, The ONLY negative is the bar across the road plays louddd live music every night until approx 10-11pm but in all honesty it didn’t really effect us...
