Das Zimmer war gut. Es war klein, hatte aber grob alles was man braucht. Das Bad wirkte modern. Einziger Nachteil: Das Zimmer war sehr warm, bei offenem Fenster konnte man aber auch nicht wirklich schlafen, da der Lärm der Straße störte (Straßenbahn, Autos, Geschrei bis nachts um zwei). Noch ein kleiner Tipp an die Rezeption: Zimmernummern sollte man nicht laut vorlesen, schon gar nicht, wenn schon der nächste Gast dahintersteht.

Hallo Personal am Empfang teilweise unmutiviert,vielleicht auch wegen Weihnachten notnrsetzt.Man musste einiges nachfragen,auch wegen TV Empfang des Hauses-kleine Bedienungsanleitung wäre hilfreich.Fruestucksbuffet gehte ein Kaffeevollautomat-stattdesen Pumpkannen für Kaffee wie in einer Jugendherberge👎einfach H Milch Packungen hingestellt 👎lieblos- Brot vom örtlichen Bäcker und ein wenig Stollen zu Weihnachten wäre auch toll gewesen.Es sind nur Kleinigkeiten,aber das Auge ist ist mit sage ich mir immer.Verkehrsverbindung optimal und Leibzig ist immer eine Reise wert.

Der Service im Hotel ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ließ sich nur kompliziert bedienen, erst nach ca. 30 Minuten hatte ich die einfachen Standardsender wie ARD/ZDF/Sat1/RTL gefunden. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption gab es keine hilfreiche Antwort. Das Versprechen, das Anliegen weiterzuleiten, wurde nicht erfüllt. Generell wirkten die Mitarbeiter unmotiviert und desinteressiert. Das Frühstücksbüffet war mangelhaft, es gab noch nicht einmal einen Cafe Vollautomaten, lediglich Thermoskannen/Pumpkannen wurden lieblos hingestellt. Das ist selbst in Jugendherbergen besser. Ebenso gab es Mineralwasserflaschen vom Discounter. Es fehlte einiges, was bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse üblich ist: Verschiedene Brotsorten (z.B. Vollkornbrot) - es gab lediglich Brötchen und Toastbrot, noch in Tüten verpackt vom Discounter. Es wären auch schön gewesen, ein paar regionale Lebensmittel anzubieten, wie z.B. sächsische Leberwurst oder Dresdner Stollen. Am Störensten waren insgesamt die unmotivierten und desinteressierten Mitarbeiter, die wirkten, als würden sie nur ihre Schicht absitzen.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte gute Lage und Parkplatz am Haus für 7 Euro am Tag. Keinen Kühlschrank, kein Wasserkocher und auch keine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer, sehr spartanisch, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt genügend.

Ich war 5 Nächte in dieser Unkterkunft. Genau an 2 Tagen wurde das Zimmer und das Bad gereinigt. Es gab immer wieder Disskusiionen mit dem Personal. Die Möbelierung war alt und verbraucht. Habe schon deutlich besser gewohnt. ausserdem gab es keine Schallschutzfenster. Sehr laut von der Straße. Das Fühstück für 12.50 Euro eine Frechheit - aufgebackene Brötchen und Rüherei nicht mit richtigen Eiern.

Gute und saubere Unterkunft zum faier Preis in ein

Ich war auf dem Dozententag der Bau und Bildung Sachsen. Die Online Buchung war sehr unkompliziert. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war sauber und auch das Frühstück war reichlich.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Nachts kann es mal laut werden von der Straße her, durch frühmorgendliche Passanten. Doch wenn man das Fenster schließt, hört man nichts mehr.

Die Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und haben trotz das bei der Buchung von Expedia etwas schiefgelaufen ist alles daran gesetzt uns zufrieden zu stellen. Das nächste mal Buchen wir auf keinen fall mehr über Expedia sondern direkt vor Ort. Ist auch genau so gut. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Hotelteam.
