"1) The microwave in our room was broken 2) Hotel flooded 3) Breakfast runs too early 4) PARKING was AWFUL and handicap parking was taken everytime!! And a construction worker took parking once."

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the AC worked incredibly well. No complaints here. Being pet friendly is also a major bonus for those that need it."

"Great place!!"

"Hotel was nice and was quiet when we stayed. The room heater/AC was really loud though. Kept me up most of the night. Breakfast was okay, but seemed a little lacking considering the price of the room. No muffins or bagels, and the milk was just a gallon you had to use for your cereal which seems kinda odd."

"Very friendly. Large clean room. Very satisfied."

"The beds had clean sheets, but mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Room was not updated and not worth the $$."

"Considering the inflated cost of your hotel rooms, you really need to invest in new beds and pillows. Probably the worst I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the breakfast. How can anyone mess up breakfast? I ordered the pancakes and had to send them back because they were essentially raw in the middle. The new pancakes weren't done either. I told our waitress that I couldn't eat them. She said she would take them off our bill and that I could help myself at the buffet, no charge....

"Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel"

"There for an Iowa Hawkeye football game, so weekend rate was inflated, but a good location close to the airport, 15 minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids with good restaurants and 20-25 minutes from downtown Iowa City and football stadium parking. So far, the AmericInn properties have been a consistent experience for the rooms and amenities, so no negative surprises."

"The property was nice and clean. It is conveniently located and reasonably priced. Perfect for a single traveler. I should have gone to breakfast earlier. Would certainly stay again."

"This is our go to location whenever we stay in the Cedar Rapids area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is top notch. Good variety for breakfast with menu changing daily. Close to dinning and the highway for ease of travel. We will be back."
