"EXTREMELY unhappy with my stay. It was NEVER disclosed that the pool was closed. And also not disclosed that the fitness room was also closed. Roaches in the bathroom as well. I asked for the owner to contact me. If I do not hear back from you, I will be contacting both Expedia AND my credit card company with a complaint. Had it been disclosed that the pool and the fitness room were closed I would have booked my stay at another hotel."
