"Lovely hotel but they need drawers and a proper bedside table and also need to allow guests to change air-con in their room as it would only go to 16 degrees and was on a low fan so we were still hot in our room, this was during the heatwave!
They need to make sure that housekeepers or people dealing with function rooms do not start hoovering at 8.15am!! As this woke us up. The staff were very helpful though and the hotel is lovely, bar has a happy hour and so nice cocktails and bar staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location by train station convenient to centre."
