"Lovely sized wardrobes but only 2 hangers! Rm 909 Breakfast staff were slow at clearing and replenishing items Milk by the hot drinks would be helpful aswell. And trying to find cutlery for the table as not on there ready"

"Reception service was good and room was in good quality. We also visited the bar, which was a bit hit and miss. At first the service was good, but then the bar staff forgot to come back to us for a drinks order. Then they started to clear away the table lamps towards the end of the evening. When asked if they were closing the bar, the answer was “no, I’m just tidying up”. We didn’t mind them removing the ones at all the unoccupied tables, but rather thought they might have left the one on our table! Oh well….! A minor grip, but does make you question the levels of training."

"We just used it as a cheap stop over before having to go in for an operation at Leeds General, so for that it was excellent, no hassle, we could just book in, chill out and then leave early for the short walk to the hospital."
