Good value for money

Stayed here on a Thursday night. Found the owner very accommodating. The living space and bathroom were clean and decent sizes, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Good value for money

Cosy studio with some nice touches, toiletries provided including fresh tooth brushes. Private and quiet, easy parking. Easy bus ride to leeds centre avoiding traffic and parking issues. Comfy bed, good facilities and clean. Only there one night but would be comfortable for longer stay. Lots of takeaways close by but cooking facilities available, microwave, cooker, toastie machine, fridge freezer all on site. Excellent value for money and host was lovely and helpful if required. Need to visit leeds again so have booked again. Lots of choice on TV and bathroom is lovely.

I suppose you get what you pay for and there was a reason it was cheap. We took one look at the area and decided not to stay as it didn’t feel safe.

Avoid

Apartment was not very clean, noisy neighbourhood, waste food on door step (looked liked someone poured pasta) no key left in secure place, we had to call booking agent and wait 30 minutes for a key to be delivered. Definitely not like images shown. Waste rubbish left in cupboards and sink
