"Very nice hotel overall but room maintenance for rooms should be considered. Broken latches, door locks didn’t work, carpet pulled up. Bed was firm with uncomfortable pillows. Absolutely adequate but slightly expensive for the reasons mentioned."

"Lovely large executive room with massive bed. Best pillows we’ve had in a hotel as they were soft but not too thick and bouncy. Fabulous shower. Large windows which really brightened up the room. Lifts took ages, ended up walking as quicker! Checked in half an hour early for no fee. Really large good quality bath towels. Free water and use of a mini fridge. Coffee and tea facilities including a pod machine. Only thing missing was the bath robes and slippers (unless we weren’t looking in the right place!). We would definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. I’d avoid the Sky Lounge especially on a weekend. Far too loud, and was laughed at by security assuming I could just pop up for a drink as a resident - they were full, but they had seats at the bar. I had to push to get them. Cocktails were terrible and over priced. Tried the bar downstairs, was better as you could hear but again the drinks were poor. Room was lovely, bathrooms need a bit of attention - you can see where they’ve done work (moving things like towel rails) and they’ve not re-plastered or tiled properly. Might have just been my room but for £235 a night I’d expect something better. No vegan option as an alternative for the cookie on arrival either. Not very inclusive."

"Room phone didn’t work had to find a number and call from my mobile and aircon didn’t work. Muck spreading so couldn’t open window as smelt so bad "

"Lovely clean rooms, thoughtful touches (coffee machine, robes, slippers) and the staff were all kind and helpful. We took two dogs and they couldn’t have been more helpful"

"From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and helpful. Loved all the amenties ,breakfast was worth the money lots of choice and good quality bacon and sausage. Queen room was very spacious and the decor very relaxing beds were very comfortable and shower roomy and powerful. Close to restaraunts and shops would definately stop again"

"Parking was expensive £35 Asked the hotel twice about parking options prior to stay, no response. Was disappointed to be told at checkin that I had to pay full price. 😑 or take the car park out of the Q car park and pre book. "
